Cread Bayliss is a visual artist and muralist based in Oklahoma City. He picked up a brush early and never really put it down.
He studied studio art in college, eventually taking a deep dive into traditional egg tempera painting in Florence, Italy. After selling out his senior show back in Oklahoma, he took the profits and ran for the Rockies, where a wild winter in Breckenridge left him with two broken wrists and one painting made entirely with his left hand — still his only one.
Since then, Cread has found himself balancing two worlds: the fast-moving grind of the oil & gas industry, and the slow, intentional rhythm of brush on wall. Whether he’s painting 1000-foot murals or designing limited apparel drops, his work blends pop culture, Americana, and timeless technique with a fearless sense of humor.
